Your session can be over the phone, Zoom, or email, depending on the nature of your request/problem.
Please be aware that we are library staff and we may have to direct you to technology specialists for additional assistance.
Once you register for a session, you will receive a confirmation email for your appointment. Prior to your appointment, you will receive a second email with the meeting information.
